(“Company”, “Jaiz Logistics”, “Developer”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to safeguarding the privacy, confidentiality, and security of the information collected through its mobile application(s), website(s), and associated digital platforms (collectively, the “App”). This Privacy Policy is framed in compliance with applicable laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, relevant rules thereunder, and Google Play Developer Program Policies.

2. Scope and Applicability

Shipment and logistics-related data, app usage logs, device identifiers, IP address, operating system, and app version.

Approximate or precise location data, collected only with user consent and only for shipment tracking, fleet coordination, or service optimisation.
4. Purpose of Processing
Data is processed solely for legitimate business purposes, including service delivery, operational coordination, customer support, legal compliance, fraud prevention, system security, and service improvement.

The Company does not sell or commercially exploit user data. Data may be disclosed to authorised service providers, logistics partners, analytics providers, or governmental authorities strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to confidentiality obligations.

The App does not intentionally collect sensitive personal data such as financial card details, biometric information, or health data. Device permissions are requested transparently, used only for the stated purposes, and remain subject to user consent.

Failure or delay by the Company in enforcing any provision of this Policy shall not constitute a waiver of its rights.
13.2 Severability
If any provision of this Policy is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

This Privacy Policy, read together with the Terms of Use, constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and the user with respect to data privacy and supersedes all prior understandings.
13.9 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts at Himachal Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
